Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.
What we collect
- Account: email, name, avatar.
- Prospect data you upload: names, emails, company, website.
- Videos you record and the personalized renders we generate from them.
- Viewer events on landing pages: page view, play, CTA click, IP hash, country.
How we use it
- To operate the Service: authenticate you, render videos, serve landing pages.
- To compute engagement analytics that we show back only to you.
- To send you transactional email (receipts, security alerts).
We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
Where we store it
Videos and thumbnails are stored on Cloudflare R2 in the EU. Metadata lives in our PostgreSQL database. Backups are encrypted at rest.
Your rights
You can export, edit, or delete your data at any time from Settings. Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. Email privacy@videoanfrage.de for any request.
Retention
Active workspace data is kept as long as your account exists. Event logs are retained 12 months. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
